Our history.
TJ Soft was officially founded in 2016, but the development of its first program, zgłoszenia24.pl (for forms and applications), began as early as 2008.
The primary goal was to streamline event organization for scouting organizations. The basic version of these forms was made available to various organizations, including scouts and associations.
At the same time, skiManager was being developed as a response to the limitations of Excel spreadsheets in managing a windsurfing school. As more water sports schools began using the program, it became clear that it was also well-suited for winter sports, leading to its adoption by the first ski schools. This success prompted the decision to treat SkiManager as a separate project, complete with its own name and identity.
Eventually, the creators of zgłoszenia24 and skiManager decided to collaborate, combining their knowledge and expertise from different fields to create even more robust solutions.
Grow Together with Us.
From our humble beginnings, without significant initial capital, we have grown into a leading player in winter sports software in Poland.
Since our inception, we have consistently recorded steady growth in both the number of clients and annual revenue, with recent years seeing this growth even double.
We serve several dozen regular clients and have several hundred active users. We also offer a free, simplified version of Zgłoszenia24 to individuals and non-governmental organizations.
In total, over 300,000 people have used our software at least once, with around 3,500 users actively engaging with our program every day. Our e-commerce system has already facilitated the circulation of approximately €6.5 million, demonstrating the effectiveness and trust our clients place in us.
The total amount of payments processed with skiManager’s help is estimated to be between €30-40 million.

Where we are now.
In recent years, companies from other countries have reached out to us, inquiring about SkiManager.
After successful implementations in Egypt and Lithuania, and with ongoing projects in Slovakia and Italy, we decided to allocate additional resources to establishing skiManager as an international brand.
(Just to clarify, in Egypt, skiManager is used for a kitesurfing school—not for skiing from the pyramids or anything like that!)
